PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Registering for an account with NINE SUNS keeps you informed about wine offers, events, and order shipments through the mailing list. Personal and credit card information you provide will never be shared with or sold to a third party. If you wish to be removed from the mailing list, please contact info@ninesuns.com or click the UNSUBSCRIBE link found in mailing list email communications.

Orders are processed via encryption using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. E-commerce site provided by VineSpring.

 

RESTRICTIONS

State laws require that alcoholic beverages may only be purchased and shipped to persons at least 21 years of age. By placing your order, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age and that someone at least 21 years of age is available to show identification, sign for, and receive your wine shipment.

Wine offered on this website is sold for personal consumption and not for resale. You, as buyer, are solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverages. All alcoholic beverages are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California.

By placing an order, you authorize NINE SUNS to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to ship your order to you.

 

SHIPPING

You will receive an email with tracking information from a fulfillment warehouse when your order is en route. Orders are shipped, weather permitting, per the following: West Coast deliveries are sent GROUND on Mondays and Tuesdays after an order is placed; 2-DAY AIR is recommended for delivery to all other locations. Business addresses are preferable. After three delivery attempts, your wine will be returned and held for further instructions. Any changes to or additional shipping may be at full cost and responsibility of the purchaser. Pickup from the winery may also be scheduled.

If your ship-to state is not listed on our site, please contact us regarding alternate options. If you choose to transfer to an alternate shipper, your wine is subject to Napa County sales tax, and the third party shipper will bill your shipping charges separately. Every effort is made to ship internationally.
